GENERAL TERMS 

Please familiarize yourself with the terms of use for the services on the website www.xxx.com.

By enrolling in a course, we consider that you accept these terms. User Information By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to receive unsolicited commercial messages for news and promotions at the email address you provided. You have the right to unsubscribe by clicking the designated link.

To enroll in a specific course, we require a certain amount of information about you, which will be requested in the Registration form. We will use this information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. The personal information you provide to us is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be used for purposes beyond those stated on the website, nor will it be provided in any form to third parties.

The terms of use may be changed at any time by updating the current website. These changes take effect immediately and are mandatory for all users/customers.

Price and Product Changes: We have the right to change the prices and characteristics of the courses without prior notice. As users, you pay for the courses at the prices that were current at the time of enrollment. In the event of technical errors in the website's publication, we reserve the right to refuse your course enrollment and are not liable for compensation, except to refund the amounts paid by you, if applicable.

Cancellation of Ordered Products: As users, you have the right to cancel your course within a period of 7 astronomical days from its start.

You will receive your money back after we receive the textbook, and it is in its original commercial condition. If the textbook is in a damaged commercial condition, we have the right to deduct an amount for the return, equal to the price of the respective textbook according to the current tariff of the respective publisher or its authorized representative. All expenses for returning the textbook are at your expense.

After the 7-day period of cancellation, the paid amounts are not refundable. If we cannot provide a group that matches your preferred class schedule, you can choose to receive your money back. You can wait for another group to form or choose to receive individual training. You can request a refund within 7 days after the course's start date, according to the conditions described above. For refunds to foreign bank accounts, all bank transfer fees are at your expense.

Amounts left in students' wallets and not claimed for refund within 12 months from the payment date will not be reimbursed.

Missed Classes For group training: no refunds are made for missed classes. 

For individual training: the hours are not considered conducted, and students do not owe fees for them if: 

                      1. The student has notified their instructor in the previous session; 
                    2. The student has notified via email at least 12 hours before the start of training and has received confirmation that we have read the email. If you do not receive confirmation from us within 2-3 hours, please use the options in point 3 or point 4 for notification; 
                   3. The student has sent a message via Skype no later than 3 hours before the start time of the course and has received confirmation that we have read the message. If you do not receive confirmation from us within 15 minutes, please use option 4 for notification; 
                     4. The student can reschedule a class by phone call, no later than 3 hours before the start time of the course. If none of the above 4 conditions are met, it is considered that the student has completed 1 hour of training and owes payment for it. For students under 18, warnings are accepted only from a parent or guardian. Information in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
